Senior Commercial HVAC Technician | 7-10 exp | EPA Certified| NH Gas License

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in Commercial HVAC systems. This role involves designing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in commercial properties.

• Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
• Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong background in service technician responsibilities.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is essential.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
• Ability to plumb as needed for system installations or repairs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
