Are you a night owl looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Comfort Suites Brunswick is currently seeking for a dedicated individual to join us!

Position : Night Shift Team Member

Location : 1464 Town Center Blvd Brunswick ohio

Hours : 11pm - 7am Part time / full time

Responsibilities :

~Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and friendly demeanor

~Assist guests with check in and check out procedures

~Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests

~Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas

~Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the night

~Handle any guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency

~Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift

Requirements :

~Excellent customer skills

~Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

~strong communication and interpersonal skills

~Attention to detail and ability to multitask

~Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
