Experience driving content strategy and leading complex documentation projects. AWS (or similar) or high-security industry experience. Expertise in information architecture and designing enterprise-level documentation. SaaS or infrastructure service documentation experience. You’ll collaborate with engineers, architects, technical writers, and program managers in Hyperforce infrastructure Engineering to create content experiences for developers and enterprise software operators.
Responsibilities
- Lead documentation efforts for Hyperforce infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive content strategy, information architecture, and workflow processes for technical documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, manage content pipelines, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Innovate content production using AI and automation tools to scale and streamline processes.
- Mentor and support other writers, sharing expertise and elevating team performance.
- Drive and influence content strategy at Salesforce.
