We're growing and seeking a Banana Ripening Manager to help lead day-to-day ripening operations in our warehouse facility.

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage the banana ripening process : temperature, humidity, and ethylene exposure

Work hands-on with ripening room systems to ensure even, timely ripening

Check product condition, identify ripening issues, and communicate with logistics / sales teams

Keep accurate logs and documentation for ripening cycles and inventory

Assist with receiving and organizing produce pallets

Support food safety and operational procedures in the warehouse

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in warehouse, cold storage, or facility operations

Experience handling fresh produce is a plus

Willingness to learn about ripening systems and banana care

Comfortable working in a cold environment with physical tasks

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Available for early mornings or weekend shifts

Spanish / English bilingual preferred
