Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality creative work that exceeds client expectations

Oversee and mentor a team of creatives while managing multiple projects from concept to execution

Supervise internal and external design teams and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a leader managing a close-knit team

10+ years of experience working with relevant entertainment clients

5+ years of experience managing a creative team as a Creative Director at a similar agency or studio

Expert level of skill / experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Ability to follow strict security and confidentiality measures
