Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring materials, parts, and products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

What You'll Do :

• Support all activities related to inbound shipments, to include unloading deliveries from trailers to the dock (using a hand truck and / or forklift), handling heavy equipment unloads, segregating inbound material into direct and indirect categories, and staging of material within the facility in support of all external teams.
• Support the Production Control team with material moves in support of quality inspection, putaway actions, and material issues in support of all production teams.
• Provide assistance to Harbinger employees when preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments that are processed through the appropriate Shipment Request form.
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving and Production Control teams with clearing out dunnage and removing empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock.
• Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems is a plus.
