About the role :
The Events & Communications Manager at Altium will lead the strategic planning and execution of both in-person and digital events, manage relationships with external partners and industry stakeholders, and oversee general company communications to enhance brand presence.
A day in the life of our Marketing Events & Communications Manager :
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and digital events, including webinars, industry conferences, and customer summits.Manage event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and event marketing campaigns.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, and external stakeholders.Oversee corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event and communications strategies support business objectives and enhance market visibility.Measure event effectiveness and communication outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.Who We’re Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.4+ years of experience in event management and corporate communications, preferably in technology or B2B environments.Proven track record in managing successful events and communications programs.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners.Strong analytical skills for measuring the effectiveness of events and communication strategies.Salary range : $125,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
