Job Title : ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, with proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow project delivery, from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee cross-functional project teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders.

Manage implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, such as ITIL, Agile, and CSDM.

Monitor project KPIs and leverage ServiceNow dashboards to report performance metrics.

Coordinate testing, user training, and go-live activities to ensure successful system adoption.

Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps, module upgrades, and new feature roll outs.

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture or solution delivery.

Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.

Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects on time.
