Continuing Education Business Manager
The Continuing Education Business Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and reporting for UHS PEP, Inc. This role ensures accurate budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management, while supporting strategic planning and educational outcomes. The position works closely with the Director of Continuing Education and other stakeholders to align financial practices with program goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting. Experience with budgeting software (e.g., Strata Jazz) and enterprise systems (e.g., Workday) strongly preferred.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge in contract management and vendor relations. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and educational technology is a plus.
