Lead WordPress Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead WordPress VIP Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement decoupled architecture for front-end presentation layers using React and the WordPress REST API

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying code inconsistencies

Develop secure and scalable integrations with critical third-party services and design complex custom WordPress themes and plugins

Job Qualifications :

6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, focusing on the WordPress ecosystem

Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception through deployment

Expert-level proficiency in PHP and MySQL

Strong experience with the WordPress REST API and / or GraphQL for decoupled architectures

Experience with WordPress Multisite environments and Gutenberg block development
