A company is looking for a Business Architect who can connect business strategy with practical execution in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to connect strategy and execution through capability models and process frameworks

Evaluate and document current-state processes and capabilities, identifying areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or enterprise transformation, preferably in financial services

Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and manage cross-functional efforts

Experience developing capability maps, operating models, and business architecture artifacts

Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
