Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). High school diploma or equivalent; sales certifications a bonus. Bilingual in Spanish? That's a huge plus in our diverse communities. Passion for sustainable energy and helping Texas families beat rising bills and blackouts. Base : $50K / year + Uncapped Commissions for an OTE of $10K-$15K / month (top performers consistently hit the high end). Fast-paced environment with weekly pay cycles and performance bonuses. Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement for appointments. Comprehensive benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k) kick in after 90-day probationary period. The Role : We're seeking a dynamic In-Home Sales Consultant to conduct pre-booked in-home appointments, educate homeowners on our game-changing energy solutions, and close deals that deliver immediate value. If you've crushed it in door-to-door or in-home sales for pest control, solar, HVAC, or generators, this is your chance to pivot to high-impact, recession-proof energy sales with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities
- Show up prepared and on time for pre-booked in-home consultations to assess customer needs and demo our free backup battery and fixed-rate plans.
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot – targeting homeowners ready for energy independence.
- Generate leads through provided appointments and networking in local communities.
- Collaborate with our installation team for seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
- Track sales metrics and hit monthly targets to maximize your OTE.
