Accounts Receivable Manager

Our Atlanta office is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities
What you'll do :
- Partner with Finance Department and Regional leadership on accountant receivables (A / R) and client project maintenance for billing and account accuracy
- Track all outgoing proposals and contract amendments for new and active projects in the Southeast Division
- Maintain documentation on the invoice process, billing contacts, etc. for clients
- Monitor and proactively provide A / R status to Project Managers and Senior Leaders in the Southeast Division
- Issue weekly A / R status reports and schedule weekly meetings to review
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement solutions
- Adhere to internal and external financial standards and ensure compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What you'll need :
