Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate Attorney to join one the top law firm. The attorney will represent high net-worth clients in matters including divorce, paternity, and post-judgment issues such as spousal support, child custody, and property division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law, the ability to manage their own caseload, and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and assist in developing case strategies.

Maintain organized case files and documentation for all client matters.

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum of 3 years of family law experience.

Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents.

Proven negotiation skills and experience in resolving disputes effectively.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for legal research.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
