Job Description

Manage all phases of retail construction projects, from planning to completion. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reports. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Retail should have : Proven experience managing retail construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
