Job Description
Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and cost control.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal staff to align goals and expectations.
Lead subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance management.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain momentum and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial tracking to stakeholders.
Foster strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

The Successful Applicant
Have proven experience managing light industrial ground-up construction projects (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex spaces).
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
Excel at budget, schedule, and resource management to deliver projects on time and within cost.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
Show strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues quickly and effectively.
Build and sustain positive client relationships through professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
