Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex technical issues to enhance long-term customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and debug across various platforms, APIs, and integrations
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements and creating customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in technical customer-facing roles
At least 2 years of programming experience, ideally with JavaScript or Python
Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP
Experience with shell commands, git, and debugging tools
Solid experience with APIs and / or software integrations
