Overview

This Senior IT Manager position oversees our SCM IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing teams, deploying solutions, and executing on technology strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight

Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities.

  • Team Management

    • Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Project Management

    • Oversee IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Application Management

    • Ensure the reliability and performance of IT applications, and support services.

  • Process Development

    • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Vendor Management

    • Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.

  • Risk Management

    • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to the organization, ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.

  • Financial Management

    • Forecasting costs and management of team financials.

  • Collaboration

    • Work with Corporate Supply Chain Teams to identify technological needs and implement effective solutions that support business growth.

    Required Qualifications

  • Education

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree in business is preferred.

  • Experience

    • At least 5-8 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record in supply chain solution development and deployment.

  • Technical Skills

    • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, Supply Chain Procurement applications, and AWS cloud technology.

  • Leadership Skills

    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting a high-performance culture within the IT department.

  • Communication

    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders of all levels.

  • Problem-Solving

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.

  • Teamwork

    • Demonstrated success working across multi-site, multicultural organizations with cross-functional teams.
