Base pay range

$50.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modules for Customer account holds, Dollar-based transaction holds, Teller utility functions, Reversal applications for transaction corrections
  • Develop and maintain basic banking functionalities within the DNA ecosystem.
  • Build embedded front-end interfaces directly within DNA using its workflow engine.
  • Automate customer complaint processing using DNA's workflow capabilities.
  • Architect backend logic using DNA's workflow engine while avoiding over-reliance on DNA's publisher (Activity Manager).
  • Integrate with over 200+ pre-developed DNA APIs to support service channels including mobile, online, teller, and back-office systems.
  • Navigate limited documentation by reverse-engineering and testing APIs.
  • Ensure secure and efficient API consumption aligned with DNA's infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless service channel integration.
