Your duties as an LPN :

Direct and support the daily activities of nursing assistants

Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers according to facility policy

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians

Provide oversight and ensure medication administration is in compliance with policies

Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced setting

Ability to multi-task and maintain organization

Qualifications :

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License

Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

A compassionate and team-oriented approach to care
