The ITS – Junior shall possess an active and transferable U.S. TOP-SECRET (with SSBI) . This position supports the Service Desk [duty hours 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm] and reports to the Service Desk Administrator. Responsibilities include acting as the first line on IT phones, following up with Service Desk tickets within 48 hours, inventory support, basic troubleshooting to include tier 1 SOPs, and escalating any non-Tier 1 IT issues, and other duties as needed.
