Hiring : Electrical IP Litigation Associates

A top-ranked IP law firm is seeking mid-level associates (3rd–4th year preferred) with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics (especially with semiconductor or telecom experience) to join its Intellectual Property Litigation team .

What You'll Do :

  • Focus on IP litigation , especially PTAB proceedings (IPRs, XPRs).
  • Collaborate on cutting-edge cases involving telecom (4G / 5G), semiconductors, and AI .
  • Gain early deposition experience and work in a highly collaborative culture .
  • Participate in a robust pro bono program with billable credit.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Technical degree in EE, CS, or Physics with relevant industry exposure.
  • Litigation experience, including PTAB; some prosecution exposure is okay.
  • Admitted to the bar in CA, MA, DC, VA, or GA .
  • Strong academic record and stable career history.

    • Locations : Open to candidates in Atlanta, Boston, Palo Alto, Reston (VA), or Washington, DC . Hybrid schedule : in-office Tuesday–Thursday (flexible).
