We’re looking for a motivated and skilled cook who can handle both hot line and prep work with confidence and pride.
You’ll be joining a tight, chef-driven team that values discipline, creativity, and soul in every plate.
Line Cook / Hot Line Cook (FT or PT)
Must be comfortable with daily prep, sauté, grill, and plating in a fine dining environment.
Prior experience in French, Japanese, or upscale California cuisine is a big plus.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years hot line experience (fine dining preferred)
Strong teamwork, organization, and communication
Passion and drive to grow under a chef-led kitchen
