Schedule : 3x12s, Rotating Weekends Days : 7a–7p Nights : 7p–7a Ratio : Up to 7 : 1 nurse-to-patient Note : In-person interview required (may include shadow / tour / admin interview) ✅ Requirements 1 year recent Med-Surg acute care RN experience (required) FL or Compact RN license (Compact must obtain FL license within 60 days) BLS within 30 days of start Must reside within 60 minutes of the facility Flexible to float across multiple units Why HCA Florida North Florida?
