Opportunity : An Influencer Marketing Strategist with bread & Butter supports influencer marketing campaigns and content creation, and manages the needs of clients daily. You will serve as a representative of the company and as a liaison between influencers and clients. Influencer Marketing Strategists report to the Digital Director and Chief Digital Officer and have the potential to manage Influencer Marketing Managers.
Here's What We Need :
- Relevant Experience : 5-7 years of full-time experience in social media management and / or social media marketing, particularly working with influencers and brand partners. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Social Media Proficiency : Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant networks.
- Campaign Launch Expertise : Proven experience in launching social campaigns for hotels, restaurants, celebrities, and / or CPG brands.
- Communication and Strategy : Demonstrate a passion for writing and smart strategy, leveraging data and analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise : Deep understanding of creating a social media-friendly voice and building authentic, relevant conversations.
- Visual Acumen : Eye for aesthetics and visuals, ensuring content aligns with brand strategies.
- Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple clients, platforms and communities, ensuring strategies and goals are met.
- Pop Culture Savvy : Stay on top of trends to identify opportunities for social outreach.
- Industry Engagement : Maintain an active daily presence in online spaces, with a passion for hospitality.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality influencer marketing work.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to foster relationships with influencers.
- Team Player : Collaborative approach to achieve shared objectives.
- Current Trends : Stay informed about trends and industry changes, contributing to evolving strategies.
- Work Ethic : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
Working Conditions : This is a hybrid, office-based role. Expect meetings and briefings in the office, with occasional travel for client visits and planning. Standard office hours may be supplemented by nights or weekends to meet deadlines. Must be authorized to work in the US.
