Production Team Member

Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Report any malfunctions, safety issues, or defective products to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
• Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training.
