Punch Press Operator

Working Hours : M-F 6 : 00am-3 : 00pm or 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm with some overtime as needed.

Compensation : $20.00-$25.00 depending on experience

Requirements :

Preference for candidates with Punch Brake experience; machine shop experience will also be considered.

Experience operating an Amada Punch Press Machine is a definite plus.

Familiarity with a Bruderer Stamp Press is helpful, though not mandatory.

Proficient in interpreting blueprints and utilizing measuring tools like calipers.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is necessary.

Basic math skills are essential.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.

Load and unload material

Keep records of matieral used

Perform inspections

Collaborative spirit as a team player.

Perform housekeeping duties.

Willingness to work overtime.

Mandatory use of safety shoes.

Responsibilities :

• Efficient operation of the Stamp Press or Press Press machine.
• Setting up each job based on work order instructions and job prints.
• Pulling tooling and preparing setups for each Stamp Press Operator job.
• Conducting first piece inspections for Stamp Press Operator tasks.
• Material gathering for jobs and performing necessary setups for Stamp Press Operator operations.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned.
• Conducting first piece inspections for Stamp Press Operator tasks.
