Shipping Specialist

Join a leading manufacturer and distributor of steel bands for the automotive and oil / gas industries as a Shipping Specialist. You will be responsible for handling all shipping duties on the dock, ensuring that goods are efficiently and accurately prepared for distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Print labels for shipments.
  • Pack and attach outgoing materials using the RF Scan gun.
  • Palletize orders for distribution.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of six months of basic warehouse experience.
  • Experience with at least one type of forklift (e.g., EPF).
  • Six months experience using an RF Scan gun.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Proficiency in packaging, picking, and material handling.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks.

    • Work Environment

    The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 6 AM to 2 : 30 PM. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving the use of RF scan guns and forklifts. The facility maintains a focus on safety and efficiency to ensure smooth operations.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr.
