Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Care Manager Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift and Schedule : 5x 8hrs day shift, Monday - Friday Minimum of 5 years of previous Care Coordination management / operations experience.
