Locations : Vinita, OK & Muskogee, OK

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $39.78 – $59.68 / hour

Job Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Whether you're a seasoned PT or a new grad, this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver 1 : 1 care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Highlights :

Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends!

Shift differentials available

Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance eligible

1 : 1 patient care model

Collaborative multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ST

Requirements :

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current or eligible Oklahoma Physical Therapy License

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
