We are looking for an inspiring and strategic HR leader who's ready to make a global impact. In this key role, you will drive initiatives that align our people strategy with business goals, foster a culture of growth and collaboration, and lead the continued integration of our expanding organization through ongoing Mergers and Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner closely with Corporate and Business Unit leadership to design and execute global HR strategies, while overseeing daily operations across all HR functions including talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, performance management, and policy administration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance that drives organizational success.
  • Lead and execute the integration of HR processes and systems in support of ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide leadership and support to a global HR team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree and HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US domestic and international employment and labor law compliance.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience in complex ERP systems preferred.
