We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client's team.

Position responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met
• Coordinate and schedule project activities, including material deliveries and installations
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain project documentation and update project status reports
• Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking

Position essential job functions :

This Project Coordinator role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, full benefits, and an end-of-year bonus.

My client is a locally and family owned company with multiple projects within NYC. Must have commercial flooring project experience and knowledge of the nuances of managing construction projects within the city.
