We are currently looking for a Full Time Assistant General Counsel I / Prosecutor to join our Supervisory Prosecutor Ada team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .
The Prosecutor represents the Chickasaw Nation in the prosecution of criminal, juvenile deprived and juvenile delinquency cases brought in the Chickasaw Nation District Court. Coordinate with the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police for investigations, evaluation of evidence, and case preparation. Provide case intake on new cases received for tribal prosecution. Assist with development of prosecution and case management protocols, policies and procedures. Input case information into an electronic prosecution case management system.
