About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MDS LPN or RN to join our team at Country View Nursing. As an MDS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and ensuring that their needs are met. Minimum Qualifications :

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
