A company is looking for a Part Time TAMS Telephone Interviewer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain assigned client call files and conduct surveys according to preferred practices
Provide customer service to caregivers and key stakeholders regarding data collection
Generate reports and staff the toll-free TAM dedicated phone line while ensuring confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required
1 year customer service / administrative work experience required
Bilingual skills (Spanish / English) required
Attends annual Conflict of Interest training
