Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee text and shopping ad campaigns across various product lines and business sectors.
  • Assess campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Managers.
  • Stay current with advertising tactics on Google and Microsoft platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing and paid search campaigns.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an adaptable mindset.
