About the Position : Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is hiring for a scheduler that would be responsible for developing and maintaining work schedules for Nursing and Admissions staff. They would monitor schedules for conflicts, call-offs, and resolve issues promptly. They would also collaborate with department heads regarding employee's requested time off to ensure it is noted on the schedule and adequate coverage is maintained.

Job Type / Salary : Open / Close dates : 8 / 2 / 25 - Until filled. Full-time. Hourly rate : $16.59. Primary Working Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm. FLSA Status : Non-Exempt. Primary Work Location / Department : TCBH Nursing and Admissions Dept. Vacancies : 1.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements : Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check. Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver's license.

About us : Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable.

We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion in 2026. This state of the art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.

This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
