A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to support their ServiceNow Technical Services team for a federal client.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering and business documentation processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis
Work with process owners to create user stories and provide ongoing technical support for ServiceNow modules
Develop test plans and scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users
Required Qualifications
BA / BS degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience
Active Secret Clearance
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow products and platform
Experience with Microsoft Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
