Work Schedule :
100% FTE, day shift, between the hours of 7 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM, covering approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will work at Eastpark Medical Center and University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology to :
Provide exemplary patient care in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members across oncology infusion areas and ambulatory care settings.
Perform clinical verification of chemotherapy orders, including oral chemotherapy
Provide and execute management strategies for hypersensivity reactions and other supportive care requirements for oncology treatments.
Practice through delegation protocols to manage chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting, electrolyte imbalance, potential chemotherapy toxicities, and achieve therapeutic drug levels.
Ensure appropriate utilization of medications to optimize patient outcomes.
PGY2 in oncology pharmacy or previous work experience in oncology highly desired.
