Job Details :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to join our manufacturing team. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to drive and implement quality standards, processes, and practices within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and regulatory bodies. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in Continuous Improvement, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Product Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to support the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the Continuous Improvement process across all areas of the organization, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits, identify non-conformities, and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements from initial product design to final product delivery.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and address the source of quality issues.
  • Monitor and control quality standards, implementing regular testing and inspection protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to the manufacturing team on quality control measures and best practices.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our manufacturing process remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Product Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and other related IT systems.
  • Certification in Quality Management or Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage.
