Position and shifts available are :

  • We have an excellent Weekend Program and have shifts available on all 3 shifts.  You are paid at a premium rate when working in the Weekend Program.
  • Full Time position on the 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm & 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am shift. (Salary negotiable)
  • Part Time position on the  3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm & 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am shift. (Salary negotiable)

    • The expectations of a RN SUPERVISOR are :

  • Assists the nursing team in providing resident care when professional nursing skills / judgment is needed.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and positive service excellence behaviors when dealing with all customers.
  • Responsible for interacting directly with residents’ families to answer their questions and ease their concerns.
  • Ensures and / or assists with transcribing all doctor orders timely and accurately.
  • Oversees and / or assists with administering IVs and other medications.
  • Assists with or complete admissions / discharging of the residents.
  • Ensure safety of residents, customers and facility through awareness of and conscientious application of policies and procedures and emergency responses.
  • Promotes regulatory compliance through demonstrating working knowledge of long term care regulations and participating in efforts towards consistent survey readiness and assisting with completing plan of correction.

    • RN SUPERVISOR Qualifications :

  • Must be an active RN; preferably in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Previous RN SUPERVISOR experience preferred; but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with our residents
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
