We are seeking a seasoned, grounded, discreet, and highly efficient House Manager to support a dynamic, high-profile individual at their private residence in Los Angeles. This role is a pivotal addition to the existing team, which will enhance the overall efficiency of internal operations. This position combines high-level estate coordination with personalized support, managing a home schedule with precision and care.

As the House Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, managing daily operations, and overseeing all aspects of the home.

• Household Coordination : Oversee household organization and system implementation, from wardrobe integration to pantry and storage maintenance. Manage daily errands, dry cleaning, groceries, and supplies with an eye for detail and efficiency. Maintain oversight of home automation, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and household systems.
• Travel Prep : Assist with travel preparation, including packing and unpacking, as well as pre- and post-arrival resets.
• Communication : Serve as the liaison with the long-time household team and collaborate with key internal contacts.
• Vendor & Contractor Oversight : Coordinate property-related vendors and services : AV, HVAC, landscaping, brush clearing, permits, insurance, deliveries, and more.
• Admin Support : Collaborate with the archive manager to track inventory in the off-site storage unit, locating, retrieving, and preparing items as needed.

Compensation Details :

The role requires at least 5 years of experience supporting the private home of an HNWI. This is an On-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.
