Job Summary

This position will assist in the successful fabrication of Arrowhead Products Ball Joint products. It is a combination of the following jobs : Bellow Fabricator Trainee and Burn Down Operator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of planish welds, burn down machine, material identity stamp machine, trim machines, rolling machines, seam welder, spot welder and all other machinery necessary for successful Ball Joint Fabrication.
• Set-up, light maintenance (such as tightening bolts, cleaning the machine, etc.) and operation of all bellows / ball joint fabrication machinery and equipment with minimal or no assistance.
• Must be capable of performing simple and repetitive operations such as telescoping.
• Will be familiar with the Arrowhead materials and Ply's identity code.
• Will read, identify, record from blueprints, pick lists, and x-ray numbers for traceability documentation per job requirement.
• Responsible for assisting the department in the development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and to share job knowledge in the department.
• Will maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards.
