Aviation Construction Technical Manager

Garver is seeking a talented Aviation Construction Technical Manager to join our growing Airlines team in Austin . This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact projects for airline clients

As a (Technical Manager), you'll lead Owner's Rep, Construction, and Airline-related projects, supporting a wide range of aviation planning and client management services. You'll collaborate directly with airlines and airport stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do :

• Support design and construction administration for multiple aviation clients.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and track contractor progress.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across project phases.
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, memos, and briefings.
• Attend pre-qualification and bid evaluation processes.
