Shift : 40 hours / week, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)

Requirements :

Current Colorado PT licensure (or eligible)

1+ years of experience preferred

Skilled nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
