The Technical Product Support Specialist is responsible for in-depth demonstrations, training, and operational support for technical solutions related to site positioning systems. This position also provides professional services solutions for our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Maintain Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of UAV & Photogrammetry applications.
- Develop strong communication skills with end users, internal and external sales resources, and internal support teams.
- Support and develop skills in the assigned technologies.
- Train internal personnel and end user customers on these technologies.
- Deliver training and education for Total Station & UTS.
- Assist with operating Trimble machine control on various infrastructure.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage customer relationships, prospecting, and lead development to support sales and satisfaction.
- Develop quotations and present configurations / proposals to customers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technology field.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to analyze and interpret technical and business information.Strong problem-solving skills and basic math skills including algebra and geometry.WHY WORK WITH US?
