We have an opening for a collaborative and driven individual to join our growing team as a Project Manager. As the Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for driving the project to completion on time and within budget while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for full project ownership including, but not limited to :
• Own all project finances and internal financial reporting, billing, and forecasting
• Negotiate, organize, understand, and maintain up-to-date contract documents
• Prepare, manage, and maintain project schedules in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
• Manage the Owner Change Order Request process
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages within a lifecycle.
• Lead project communication and client engagement
• Support cost estimating and schedule management
• Manage all contracts, change orders, RFI’s, submittals, and documentation
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and accounting teams
• Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships
• Help drive site-specific safety plan and the importance of a safety-first mindset
• Receive, review, and help foster the resolution to project specific issues
• Manage a small team of employees, providing oversight, direction, and mentoring in accordance with Hourigan’s policies and procedures.
• Foster and cultivate a team culture that aligns with Hourigan’s mission and values.
• Participate in the Hourigan Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) by committing to safe work practices, raising concerns, attending, and applying safety and health training, and eliminating hazards within your capability and control and the help of safety staff.
• Provide resources and support to ensure positive safety and health outcomes in line with the Hourigan SHMS.
