POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our Missouri retail locations. Responsibilities include product ownership, pricing, special event planning / management, collaboration with store management and staff, go-to-market support, and ensuring availability of new products to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will oversee Lightspeed training, stay knowledgeable about vape industry compliance, and collaborate with the warehouse team while promoting new products. Maintenance of vendor data and forging relationships to ensure product knowledge and special event participation annually. Creation and maintenance of Vendor database and Special Events Annual Calendar. This role is key to increasing sales and profits, as well as expanding our product variety and availability. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in retail or warehouse management.
- Demonstrated expertise in trend analysis with a proven ability to achieve company objectives and fulfill financial plans.
- Established record in delivering results, supervising, and developing employees, and thriving within a retail environment.
- Strong aptitude for multitasking, coordination, analysis, observation, decision-making, and meeting deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for successful problem resolution.
- Proactive leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams towards company objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as customer service skills, both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Displays a robust work ethic and people skills; highly organized, adaptable, and attentive to detail in demanding settings.
- Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools.
- Drive sales and profitability through a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on optimal merchandise presentations within stores.
- Ensure accurate pricing, display, and stocking of merchandise according to store-specific inventory / Lightspeed requirements.
- Communicate product availability, as well as updates regarding new, discontinued, or recalled items, competitors, and vendors to store managers.
- Maintain expense controls and secure competitive pricing across a wide range of vendors.
- Partner with store managers in executing special promotions and advertising initiatives. Managing special event displays, set-up, and marketing.
- Foster effective communication among store teams and support departments via reports, meetings, and virtual correspondence.
- Manage escalated customer complaints, inquiries, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
2–4 years retail and or warehouse vape management experienceSkilled in business analysis and achieving company targets.Skilled at presenting data and outcomes in an easy-to-understand format for distribution and learning.Proven record managing staff and driving results in retail.Strong multitasking, decision-making, and deadline management abilitiesEffective leadership and problem-solving communication skillsInitiative-taking leader who inspires team performance.Excellent verbal, written, and phone-based customer service skills.Highly organized, strong work ethic, and adept at people managementIntermediate to advanced computer proficiency (spreadsheets, presentations, reporting)EXPERIENCE
