Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role requires flexibility, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages in various settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing impairments.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and provide strategies for support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational and physical therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current on research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as required.
