FIELD TRAINING MANAGER (EVS)

Job Summary

This individual will use corporate training initiatives to steer the content of the training they conduct on a daily basis and must be flexible to train on all three shifts, including weekends if needed. Key Responsibilities :

• Customizes training documentation forms
• Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff
• Plans, coordinates, and executes new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
• Performs other duties as assigned
